At MYZU, we prioritize the safety and security of player funds. All player balances are maintained in segregated accounts, ensuring they are never used for operational expenses. This guarantees that your funds remain secure and accessible for withdrawals, in full compliance with our banking and security protocols.
Cash Game Participation
When participating in cash games, the Buy-in amount is deducted from your Cash Balance. If the Buy-in amount exceeds the Non-Withdrawable Balance, the remaining amount will be deducted from the Withdrawable Balance.
Refunds and Winnings
- If you leave a game table and are eligible for a refund of the Buy-in amount, the credited amount will be proportionally returned to the Non-Withdrawable Balance and Withdrawable Balance, based on the initial deduction.
- If you win during gameplay, your Winnings will be added to the Withdrawable Balance, which can be withdrawn at your convenience.
